I don\’t think there is a problem.
There are many plugins on the market.
In this case, we even recommend using our plugin combined with autoptimize.

Our plugin does many things as you can see in the settings dashboard. We clean up a lot of junk created on the WordPress front-end.

I personally use this plugin on several of my personal sites and have great results. We have even shown some very nice results on the sales page.

Again, there are many many cache plugins on the market.
If one of them outperforms another, that doesn\’t mean that it has a problem.

Last but not least – 
Using a plugin alone for speed purposes without doing anything else does not serve its purpose.
There are a huge amount of factors to take into account.
One large factor is images, which according to what you sent in the past, I see your images are not optimized. A cache plugin will not fix that for you.
If you had optimized images, you would get better numbers.
